Starwood Hotels & Resorts, a global hotel and leisure company operating more than 1,200 properties worldwide, had been using OPRA Psychology Group’s assessment tools and bureau testing services for candidate selection and talent management. As its in-house pool of test administrators grew across Asia Pacific, Starwood needed a more efficient way to manage communication, control test usage, and improve training and governance.
OPRA Psychology Group reviewed and revised the service model over six months by auditing user accounts, standardizing training and proficiency standards for test administrators, and centralizing account management with Starwood’s Asia Pacific office. The result was a streamlined user base reduced by over 50%, centralized and monitored test-credit and training requests, improved security and service efficiency, and a foundation for broader analytics using ten years of assessment data.
