Delivery of Coaching, Emotional Intelligence Assessments and Training

Virtusa, a global IT services company, needed coaching services for 14 high-potential leaders participating in its in-house Global One Leadership Development (GOLD) Program. OPRA Psychology Group was selected to help the company identify strengths and development areas for its management and coaching candidates, using coaching support alongside emotional intelligence assessment tools.

OPRA Psychology Group delivered a complete Emotional Intelligence development program that included a multi-rater EI assessment and report, EI Enduring Impact workbooks, a 2-day EI workshop, and ongoing individual coaching. The program was well received by candidates and coaches, helping participants improve self-management, align with their values, recognize strengths, and apply new skills more effectively in their careers and workplace interactions.
