Livestock Improvement Corporation (LIC), a major dairy farmer-owned co-operative, needed a 360-degree performance appraisal process to support personal action plans for its Senior Executive team. OPRA Psychology Group was brought in to design a technology-focused, valid, and easy-to-use survey that would align with LIC’s competency model and culture survey.
OPRA Psychology Group implemented a 360-degree survey using a trial rollout and factor analysis to identify the competencies most strongly linked to performance and success at LIC. The first survey involved 88 participants and resulted in a more targeted, psychometrically sound development tool, complete with customized reporting and multi-source feedback to support individual training needs analysis.
