Data Centre Company is a large 4‑Tier co‑location provider with 8 data centers across 5 Australian cities that needed to gather detailed performance metrics from newly deployed Arista low‑latency switches, ensure compliance with performance and availability SLAs, and provide reliable visibility to management and the executive team. Opmantek was engaged to capture and report these metrics, using custom device models and Opmantek applications to integrate the new switch data into existing monitoring.

Opmantek implemented the custom device models, defined Business Services for each customer and service, and automated dashboards and weekly/monthly executive reporting. The result was automatic, consistent executive visibility via dashboards for each Business Service, SLA‑level reporting used in monthly meetings, and a low operational burden—configured once and requiring only a small team and minimal ongoing maintenance for Data Centre Company.
