Knoll, an international design and manufacturing firm with about 3,500 employees, faced major challenges upgrading Oracle EBS to 12.2.10: lean QA/IT teams, over 1,300 test cases to create and maintain, limited test coverage, and prior upgrade-related downtime. Opkey filled coverage gaps with a library of 2,000+ Oracle test cases, generated automated Impact Analysis reports, enabled business users to build tests without technical help, and provided traceable automated reporting. As a result, Opkey reduced Knoll’s upgrade time from 6 months to 2 months (a 4-month improvement), automated over 1,200 test cases, cut script changes on patches to just 4%, and eliminated EBS application downtime.
