Ingenico Group, the global leader in point-of-sale payment terminals, was migrating from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA but faced limited testing bandwidth, 20+ interfaces and hundreds of integrations, only 35% test coverage, and a bottleneck of 47 transport requests per quarter. They engaged Opkey to automate and scale SAP testing—using Opkey’s SAP testing platform, Migration Impact Analysis, Pre-Built Test Accelerator and self-healing scripts—to ensure the migration would not break production.
Opkey produced historical process mappings, delivered Migration and Automated Impact Analysis, and applied its Pre-Built Test Accelerator and self-healing automation to raise test coverage to 100% in days, expand test cases from 1,000 to 2,400, and nearly double transport capacity to 98 requests per quarter. As a result, Opkey enabled Ingenico Group to complete the S/4HANA migration one month ahead of schedule, at 50% below the testing budget, and saved about 5 man-months of effort.
