Videojet, a global manufacturing firm with 4,000+ employees and 30 offices, faced testing bottlenecks that slowed delivery of Salesforce Sales and Marketing Cloud customizations. To accelerate releases and reduce risk from untested changes, Videojet engaged Opkey and its core Salesforce meta-data driven test automation platform.

Opkey implemented end-to-end Salesforce test automation—combining UI and web service tests, reusable components, a Chrome extension, and pCloudy mobile-device testing across 1,000 devices—plus SFDC-specific object and keyword support. As a result, Opkey cut Videojet’s Salesforce testing time from one week to two days per sprint, saved about 50 man-hours per quarter validating C‑level reports, and freed the lean IT team to focus on higher-value work.
