Vitapro, a leading company in its industry, faced the challenge of moving from innovation intention to action. While innovation initiatives were underway, the company needed to refine its model to ensure projects were better led, clearly aligned with strategy, and more likely to succeed. Opinno partnered with Vitapro to design its innovation strategy and governance model to address this.

Working collaboratively, Opinno co-created an innovation manifesto and defined prioritized innovation territories. The central element was designing a practical innovation governance model, defining roles, responsibilities, and tools tailored to Vitapro's operations. The results included five defined innovation territories, a co-created manifesto, and a full governance model with a toolkit and a project conceptualization framework integrated into their innovation pipeline.
