RJ Filtration, selling pool and spa cartridges under its Filters4Less store and Baleen brand, faced a steep decline in Amazon sales after competitors took over their product content and their top 20 ASINs stopped appearing. RJ Filtration engaged OperationROI to revive their Amazon presence and protect their Baleen brand, with OperationROI deploying its OpSeller enhanced e‑commerce tools and Amazon-focused services to address listing, pricing, and review issues.
OperationROI implemented a phased recovery: obtaining Amazon Brand Registry, merging ASINs and optimizing titles/descriptions and images; repricing with OpSeller and targeted rules to win the Buy Box; launching automated review/feedback emails; creating bundle SKUs; building a Baleen Amazon Brand Store and selective Enhanced Brand Content; and running targeted Sponsored Product/Brand ads and coupons. The results were an 81% increase in sales revenue, a 51% rise in units sold, a 42.5% lift from paid search, and sequential season gains (19% then 52% year‑over‑year), restoring Filters4Less’s Amazon growth.
