The libraries, archives and museums department (Dibam) of Chile partnered with the vendor OpenXava to manage its purchasing process. The customer required a solution to streamline its complex operations, which involved seven distinct subprocesses, and chose to implement an OpenXava application.

The solution implemented by OpenXava was integrated with Bonita BPM, creating a unified application to handle Dibam's entire purchasing workflow. This OpenXava application has been successfully running in a production environment and supporting the department's operations since its implementation in 2012.
