The customer, Darwin, required a way to systematically evaluate the maturity of its service-oriented architecture. The vendor, OpenXava, provided its platform to develop a tool to meet this challenge.

OpenXava's solution was the development of Darwin, an open-source tool for SOA maturity evaluation. This system created a centralized repository for this information. The resulting tool is used in practice by the health company Colsanitas in Colombia.
