ComScore, a top-20 publisher, needed a better way to turn transient website and app visitors into registered users and build a more engaged community. They partnered with OpenWeb and used its end-to-end community engagement suite, including OpenWeb Conversation, white-label commenting, AI/ML-powered moderation, and registration funnels.
OpenWeb implemented its community engagement tools across the publisher’s owned properties to create a more active, attractive user experience. The results were strong: 60% of total registered users came from OpenWeb products soon after launch, and in some months that share rose to 74%, with registration attribution ranging from 52% in January to 74% in December.
