The European Government Agency needed a way to continuously test the performance, stability, and scalability of its modernized public-facing and internal systems, while avoiding the cost and complexity of managing in-house infrastructure. It worked with OpenText and Miracle42, using OpenText Core Performance Engineering (LoadRunner Cloud) to support high-volume testing across increasingly complex workflows and multiple subsystems.

OpenText Core Performance Engineering enabled the agency to automate and scale performance tests quickly, script and parameterize complex scenarios, and run them on demand through CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps and Jenkins. The solution helped reduce feedback cycles, improve release quality, and establish performance baselines to identify bottlenecks; it also supports targets such as 50,000 concurrent users and response times under 3 seconds for 99% of users on public-facing applications.
