OpenText implemented Knowledge Discovery with proof-of-concept support and a customer pilot, enabling Quest Diagnostics to add context-based search, automate workflows, and mine document content beyond metadata. The results include faster invoice processing, fewer manual review steps, improved patient privacy compliance, and better data quality for records retention, with OpenText’s connectors also positioning Quest Diagnostics to expand search across more systems.
