OpenText implemented Vertica Analytics Platform, enabling Tuenti to analyze data from web logs, clickstreams, CRM, and call detail records in near real time. The results were significant: a yearly unique-user query dropped from a full day or more to less than a minute, data volume was compressed from 1TB to 50GB, and the company was able to deliver three to four app releases per month while making insights available to 150 internal developers.
