Transforms IT and OT with OpenText AI Operations Management to keep 90+ million passengers moving smoothly

International Airport partnered with OpenText as part of a broad service management initiative to improve monitoring across its complex IT environment. Using OpenText AI Operations Management and OpenText Universal Discovery and CMDB, the airport needed to move beyond isolated IT monitoring and gain visibility into both IT and OT systems, including critical areas such as CCTV and baggage handling, while reducing alert noise and improving service continuity.

OpenText implemented centralized, intelligent monitoring and end-to-end service modeling for more than 25 business-critical services, linking infrastructure to stakeholder services and enabling proactive response. As a result, the airport prevented 30% of incidents, strengthened operational resilience, and improved passenger handling by automatically alerting the Operations Center and supporting real-time rerouting to avoid delays.
