Touristic Enterprises Company (TEC) struggled with a paper-based maintenance process that handled about 900 repair requests a year, making it hard to track urgent items and causing delays of around two weeks from request to work completion. The company turned to OpenText, using OpenText Content Suite to replace manual forms and mail-based approvals with a digital workflow.
OpenText, working with partner MGS, implemented the new process and added OpenText Brava! and OpenText Content Intelligence to improve secure access to sensitive information. The result was faster visibility for maintenance teams, broader employee adoption by around 200 users, and a streamlined workflow that reduced the risk of delays and lost approvals.
