Tokio Marine North America Services builds applications faster by integrating continuous performance testing into its Azure delivery pipelines with LoadRunner Cloud

Tokio Marine North America Services (TMNAS), a shared‑services provider for the U.S. divisions of Tokio Marine Group, needed to speed application delivery while keeping high quality across its services. Growing demand for performance testing strained its on‑premises LoadRunner infrastructure and created maintenance overhead, and the team wanted continuous performance testing integrated into its Azure CI/CD pipelines so developers could get rapid feedback.

TMNAS migrated its existing tests to LoadRunner Cloud and used the LoadRunner Cloud Extension for Azure DevOps to automate test provisioning, run concurrent tests from Azure build/release pipelines, and enforce quality gates and SLAs. The move eliminated on‑prem maintenance, enabled near‑real‑time feedback (with smaller tests every 15 minutes), accelerated defect detection and resolution, and improved overall software quality and customer satisfaction.
