A OpenText Case Study
Ministério Público Federal, Brazil’s Federal Prosecution Service, needed a more secure and efficient way to share information across teams and devices. It worked with OpenText, using Filr, to replace laborious, decentralized file-sharing processes and support safer remote access for prosecutors.
OpenText implemented Filr across all departments, centralizing information on two on-premise data centers and adding permission controls, link expirations, and remote wipe capabilities. The result was stronger information security, simpler IT architecture, and lower costs, including reduced data-center maintenance and less back-office work for IT staff.
