A OpenText Case Study
The PrivateBank, a U.S. Midwest commercial and personal bank founded in 1991, faced rapid growth and an explosion of unstructured information—printing an estimated 20 million pages a year—which created slow, manual processes that hindered compliance, collaboration and client service across its offices. The bank needed a centralized, digital approach to reduce cycle times, control costs and meet real-time client expectations.
The bank deployed OpenText Content Suite, integrated with a custom RM Central .NET app and its Client Data Warehouse, enabling digital capture, automated indexing, electronic signatures and workflow routing for accounts and loans. The solution centralized records management, cut paper and courier costs, sped account setup and document retrieval, strengthened governance and enabled analytics on unstructured data—improving cycle time, collaboration and overall client satisfaction.
