Aging readers, hard-to-read handwritten notes and slow, inaccurate search processes were delaying work, increasing costs, and limiting staff productivity.

Partnering with MGS, the bank deployed OpenText Document Management (eDOCS) and DM Imaging with OCR to create a central, fully searchable repository. This delivered fast, accurate document retrieval, cut maintenance costs for legacy film equipment, reduced processing times, enabled user self-service, and produced measurable productivity gains and ROI, with plans to extend the system across the organization.
