A OpenText Case Study
The Department needed to standardize and modernize its software quality assurance across a mix of internal systems and public-facing applications, replacing chaotic, manual processes that relied on individual expertise. To improve security, reliability, and performance, the organization turned to OpenText and used products including OpenText Application Quality Management, OpenText Software Delivery Management, OpenText Functional Testing, and OpenText Core Performance Engineering.
OpenText implemented an integrated quality and lifecycle management approach that unified requirements, testing, defects, releases, reporting, and automation across waterfall and agile teams. The Department eliminated paper-based testing, improved collaboration and compliance, and moved many workloads to OpenText SaaS Flex for greater scalability and lower infrastructure overhead, resulting in better-quality software and fewer defects.
