The Bachmann Group is a 30+-year-old fiduciary and trust services firm with about 170 staff operating from Guernsey and offices in the UK, Switzerland and New Zealand. Faced with time-consuming, manual KYC and regulatory checks involving paperwork and double entry, these processes were slowing productivity and risking compliance burdens.

Working with 2e2 and its in-house team, Bachmann implemented Interwoven WorkSite and OpenText MBPM—integrating with its Microgen accounting system—to digitize entity setup, transactional workflows and complaints handling. The automated workflows create full audit trails, standardize processes, improve regulatory compliance, free skilled staff from repetitive tasks, and have enabled plans for further automation such as near–real-time bank reconciliation.
