To support its digital transformation and AIOps goals, the company worked with OpenText and chose OpenText Operations Bridge, Network Operations Management, and Universal Discovery & Universal CMDB.
OpenText helped Türk Telekom build a centralized AIOps model with real-time monitoring, dashboards, and a single source of truth across five data centers. The solution consolidated data from 41 sources, applied AI to nearly 200 applications, and enabled more proactive issue resolution, better service quality, and improved customer satisfaction, with more than 20 dashboards now supporting different roles.
