Envirosuite, a company supporting critical infrastructure with software and sensors, needed to replace its 20-year-old on-prem ticketing system that was hard to access globally, behind on updates, and increasingly limiting productivity. To better support its distributed teams and customer service goals, Envirosuite turned to OpenText and chose OpenText™ Service Management Automation X (SMAX) on SaaS.
OpenText, working with partner EoraTech, configured SMAX, built integrations with Salesforce, Atlassian Jira, email, and multiple monitoring systems, and trained users for rollout. Envirosuite went live in just four months and now has a modern, high-availability platform with easier global access, improved accessibility, and shared concurrent licensing that lowers cost and supports growth, while shifting ongoing maintenance and upgrades to OpenText.
