OpenText helped SparkPost build a scalable AWS-based analytics pipeline that loads event data in micro-batches and supports horizontal cluster growth for high-velocity, high-volume analysis. The result was real-time drill-down reporting for customers and technical teams, plus a 50% reduction in CPM for analytics, helping SparkPost improve efficiency and differentiate its service in the market.
