Sky Italia, part of the Sky media group, needed to improve software quality governance and standardize development practices as competition and rapid industry change increased pressure to deliver better services faster. Teams had been working independently with different tools and no independent QA function, creating gaps in oversight and certification.

Sky Italia selected OpenText Software Delivery Platform and related OpenText testing and performance tools to unify QA, integrate with Jenkins CI/CD, and provide end-to-end visibility and traceability across the application lifecycle. With OpenText, Sky Italia achieved stronger governance, better dashboards and reporting, faster defect resolution, and trained 600 employees in quality management and 180 in requirements management, helping shorten the demand-to-value chain and improve delivery speed and quality.
