SITE Centers, a real estate company, needed better visibility and speed in its leasing process, which was under heavy pressure to move faster. The company lacked transparency into deals in progress, and its teams needed a more consistent way to manage leasing, legal, tenant coordination, property management, and lease accounting work. OpenText Content Server, Workflow, and Capture Center were used to support the entire lease flow.
OpenText implemented a fully integrated leasing solution that connected Salesforce for leasing and the LMS for legal, with standardized workflows, document versioning, a clause library, and a financial calculator used across the business. The result was “100 percent transparency” into deals in process, faster user adoption across departments, and a repeatable, standardized process for all deals. Within three months, multiple departments were completing workflow tasks in the system, and SITE Centers now tracks work through quarterly reporting so anything not in the system is considered not in process.
