Myntra.com, India’s largest online lifestyle and fashion retailer, faced the challenge of managing more than 50,000 SKUs from 800+ brands and 1,000+ vendors without real-time visibility into sales and inventory. Manual processes and fragmented systems caused delays, poor vendor collaboration and suboptimal working capital efficiency, and Myntra needed an agile, integrated solution that would connect to existing BI and transaction systems across a wide geographic vendor base.

Myntra deployed Sim Supplier Connect built on the OpenText Cordys platform (SOA/BPM/BAM) to integrate ERP, SCM and BI systems and provide vendors with real-time dashboards and reports. The implementation improved sales and inventory visibility, accelerated sell-through, streamlined vendor workflows (discounts, returns, reconciliations), strengthened vendor relations, enhanced forecasting and inventory optimization, and delivered a scalable platform to support rapid growth.
