Salt River Project (SRP) is a not‑for‑profit public utility serving more than a million customers in the greater Phoenix area that also runs extensive community outreach and in‑house marketing. Faced with scattered, paper‑and‑email workflows and a century of assets locked in archives, SRP needed an enterprise digital asset management solution to find, share and scale creative content and approvals.

SRP implemented OpenText Media Management and Hightail with OpenText Professional Services to centralize archives, provide digital galleries, and streamline review and approval workflows.
