OpenText implemented a rapid, API-enabled migration that delivered self-service capabilities, faster reporting, and automated audit support for dealerships. The results were significant: some processes dropped from hours to minutes, reporting became much faster, and RBC gained a platform that helped close several major acquisitions and new client deals, positioning the bank for multi-million-dollar growth.
