DHMC deployed OpenText Report & Output Management integrated with PeopleSoft, which automatically captures reports (scanning a shared folder every five minutes), enforces permissions, and was rolled out over two years with training for about 300 practice managers. The solution automated distribution of roughly 3,000 monthly PeopleSoft reports (about 10 per department), plus daily and monthly clinical reports, cutting paper and microfiche costs, saving staff hours, improving productivity, and delivering the anticipated ROI.
