A OpenText Case Study
Rabobank’s ICT team needed to scale IT automation across a complex mix of systems after starting with just three engineers and being overwhelmed by growing demand for automated services. Using OpenText Operations Orchestration (OO), Rabobank set out to speed up fulfillment, reduce manual work, and standardize service delivery across infrastructure and other IT requests.
OpenText helped Rabobank build reusable automation blocks, generic workflows, and catalog-based self-service portals like Infrashop and Marketplace, alongside remediation flows for incident response. The result was near-instant request handling, fewer human errors, reduced MTTR and on-call support, and strong business value: Rabobank reported about 75,000 flow runs a year and 120,000 hours of ROI in one year, with returns continuing to rise.
