Grupo Neo, a Spanish print-finishing company founded in 1989, faced slow, paper-heavy processes that relied on stand-alone fax machines and manual handling of time-sensitive SAP documents. This led to delays in customer and supplier communications, wasted employee time, and conflicted with the company’s ISO 14001 environmental goals.

Working with Comunycarse, Grupo Neo implemented OpenText Fax Server and the OpenText Fax Server Connector for SAP to enable electronic delivery, “print to fax” and automatic dispatch from SAP, and email delivery of incoming faxes. The change cut response times from minutes to seconds, reduced paper and device costs, improved staff productivity, and provided reliable, searchable digital archives while seamlessly integrating with existing SAP systems.
