Petrochemical Industries Company (PIC) K.S.C., a long-established Kuwait-based petrochemical and fertilizer producer, faced rising operational friction from years of paper proliferation and fragmented electronic files stored on local drives. Documents were often misplaced, difficult to find or track, and the company lacked reporting and lifecycle controls—problems that impeded compliance, efficiency, and PIC’s green initiatives.

PIC implemented the OpenText ECM Suite with local partner MGS, completing the project in six months with broad business stakeholder involvement.
