Paladion is a leading Managed Detection and Response (MDR) provider with nearly 1,000 employees serving banks, telecommunications firms, government agencies and retailers across the US, India, Malaysia and the Middle East. Its customers faced sophisticated, evolving threats and the operational challenge of monitoring thousands of devices and massive log volumes—creating alert fatigue, missed threats and the risk of damaging breaches, as a large retail client had already experienced.

Paladion deployed Micro Focus ArcSight ESM and ArcSight Activate, supported by a 24x7 security operations center, proprietary analytics, supervised‑ML orchestration and an incident response team to detect, prioritize and remediate threats. The solution monitors thousands of devices (collecting up to 9,000 events/sec for the retailer), increased detections from about 1 to ~40 alerts/month, contained WannaCry within hours (only one machine affected), helped a bank avoid over $200K in fraud, and cut customer security costs by roughly 70% versus building equivalent in‑house defenses.
