Kellanova used OpenText Software Delivery Management (ALM Octane) to replace a fragmented testing approach with a single application lifecycle management tool across Agile, waterfall, and DevOps. The company needed end-to-end lifecycle management and better coordination for a large, globally distributed testing organization, especially as it supported hundreds of workspaces and multiple delivery methods.

OpenText helped Kellanova manage all testing in one platform, giving the company a global view, supporting reuse of workspaces, and enabling a smooth transition during the Kellogg spin-off. The solution was central to the “Spin-Off” effort, where around 600 testers managed more than 10,000 test cases and changes across 700+ applications, improving efficiency and productivity across four regions.
