OpenText™ Vibe™ delivers effective and secure team collaboration with full mobile support for ease-of-use

University Hospital of Munich’s Medical Technology and IT department needed a secure, easy-to-deploy collaboration platform to support IT infrastructure, healthcare operations, research, and teaching. The team chose OpenText Vibe, after it was recommended internally, to improve teamwork, mobile access, and document sharing without requiring programming knowledge.

OpenText implemented Vibe quickly and with support from local partner code and concept, training the team on workflows and project management use cases. Within two months the hospital was live, and Vibe grew to 1,200 users, supporting over 60 projects and broader collaboration through blogs, wikis, and forums. The hospital reported stronger productivity, better version control, and strict controls that prevented patient data from being shared externally.
