TIS Inc. needed a better way to test its SCORE LINK credit management solution, which supports more than 300 financial institutions in Japan. As the product evolved across many on-premises environments, operating systems, and SQL Server versions, manual testing became time-consuming, error-prone, and too complex to keep up with frequent Windows upgrades. TIS Inc. chose OpenText Functional Testing to automate its testing process.
OpenText Functional Testing was implemented in six months, enabling TIS Inc. to create all test scripts and verify more than 100 environment combinations before each release. The automation tripled the number of test environments covered each month, eliminated human error with standardized scripts, and supported nearly 10,000 tests per year. As a result, TIS Inc. improved product quality, responded faster to environment changes, and strengthened customer confidence.
