OpenText implemented SMAX with codeless configuration, a user-friendly interface, AI-driven analytics, and modules for service catalog, request fulfillment, change management, knowledge management, and service level management. The solution also integrated with SAP and Active Directory to automate onboarding, offboarding, access reviews, and capacity alerts, delivering faster issue resolution, more efficient ticket assignment and approvals, and stronger compliance reporting.
