Using OpenText Vertica, including Vertica Analytics Platform and Eon Mode, the company built clusters that could support its development stack and data needs without overpaying for unused compute.

OpenText implemented an Eon Mode architecture that decoupled compute from storage, giving The Trade Desk on-demand performance and easier scaling. The results included more than 40,000 automated reports processed each day, three database administrators supporting over 300 engineers, and a system that delivered strong scalability, stability, and performance while helping the business grow more efficiently.
