Missouri Employers Mutual (MEM), Missouri’s leading workers’ compensation insurer, needed to make its websites more relevant and easier to manage so visitors could quickly find timely safety information. The organization wanted to reduce reliance on IT, publish dynamic content faster, and gain better insight into user needs to support its mission of safer workplaces.
Working with Klish Group, MEM upgraded to OpenText TeamSite and LiveSite, created 11 visitor profiles, and implemented cookie-based targeting so return visitors see tailored content. The result: marketers can publish campaigns faster (for example, a targeted “slip, trip and fall” campaign with five industry pages and 125 assets), MEM captured new contacts and profiles (about 250 emails and 750 visitor profiles), and content delivery, onboarding and campaign time-to-market improved while IT focus shifted to other priorities.
