DCR Business Solutions provides IT and accounting services to mid-size engineering and construction firms that generate hundreds of faxes weekly in rugged, transient jobsite environments. Working with Ingenium Software, DCR replaced physical machines with OpenText RightFax, integrating faxing into Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange so users can send and receive secure PDFs from desktops and mobile devices. The centralized solution sped workflows (1,099 notices that once took a full day now take under two hours), protected sensitive information by delivering faxes to individual mailboxes, eliminated ongoing hardware and line costs, and saved the company several thousand dollars annually.
