O2 deployed OpenText PowerDocs in more than 200 shops and dealer locations, using centralized templates, text blocks and images plus CRM integration and automated rules to enable one-click creation of personalized offers, contracts and confirmations. The solution delivered consistent, CI-compliant documentation, faster offer generation and a 360-degree customer view — producing over 4,000 personalized documents daily — and set the stage to expand into campaign and customer communications.
