Global Professional Services Company needed a flexible, low-overhead way to handle highly variable testing demands across client engagements, while avoiding the cost and effort of managing its own infrastructure. With OpenText Core Performance Engineering and OpenText Core Application Quality Management, the team could plan, run, and scale performance and application tests more efficiently under a Partner SaaS model.

OpenText implemented a hosted SaaS environment and Partner SaaS agreement that removed the burden of implementation, maintenance, support, and security, while enabling quick scaling up or down as needed. The migration was smoothed through a dry run, and the solution supported a major test cycle with over 1,000 tests in four months, about 700 users, and backlog cleanup of 10,000 defects, improving productivity and delivering cost savings.
