Carinthia University of Applied Sciences (CUAS) needed a secure way to provide simple access to files and directories from anywhere without relying on cloud storage. OpenText, working with partner ACP IT Solutions, implemented Filr Advanced quickly using an appliance-based deployment and rolled it out to 2,500 desktops and laptops across five campuses. The result was full control over data, no need for additional storage, lower administration effort, and improved productivity; students and staff can now access documents from any device, with on-demand synchronization reducing bandwidth and storage use.
