Gore Mutual integrated OpenText Exstream (Command Center and Delivery Manager) with its Duck Creek policy front end to automate personalized document creation and electronic delivery. The solution enables customers to apply, get a quote, pay and become insured without human intervention, reduced letter templates by 56%, cut document generation time by 85%, improved compliance and accuracy, and freed up significant employee time—creating a seamless digital channel and a valuable new business strand.
