NXO France manages nearly 300 customers and more than 5,000 devices in a hosted, managed services environment, but needed a way to consolidate data from many sources while strictly separating customer information. With growing infrastructure complexity, the company also wanted to make downtime more transparent and predictable for clients. OpenText products, including OpenText Operations Bridge and OpenText Network Operations Management, were selected to help address these challenges.
OpenText implemented a solution centered on Digital View, using Operations Bridge, NOM, and the OpenText OPTIC Data Lake to unify data ingestion, monitoring, and visualization in a single customer portal. The platform enables multi-tenancy and data privacy while supporting dashboards, automated event correlation, and planned downtime management. As a result, NXO France now manages about 20 planned downtimes per month more efficiently, with clearer visibility and easier planning for customers.
