NTT Singapore (NTTS), an ICT solutions provider and subsidiary of NTT Communications, struggled with an unruly “file share jungle”: duplicated, isolated documents, unclear ownership and manual processes that hampered collaboration, governance and support for flexible, next‑generation working styles.

NTTS implemented OpenText Content Suite 16 (APAC One) with a role‑based Smart View UI and centralized document management, improving search, version control, security and reporting.
