Netstal partnered with OpenText, together with implementation partner Nexpert, to modernize its digital services and strengthen access control as it expanded its e-service platform. The company needed a more mature, integrated identity and access management solution to support customers, employees, and partners while also improving security, scalability, and governance.
OpenText implemented Identity Manager and Access Manager, which became the foundation for Netstal’s e-service platform, enabling secure single sign-on, automated user provisioning, and protected customer access across web, cloud, and mobile applications. The solution helped Netstal launch and grow services such as its 3D catalog, eCommerce, ticketing, and remote monitoring, while also improving audit readiness and GDPR compliance and freeing up helpdesk staff from manual provisioning tasks.
